What an article or plan is

Articles, plans and programs are education. They are written for healthy adults and are not medical, dietetic or psychological advice, and not a substitute for it. Before starting a new exercise program, talk to a clinician if you have a condition, an injury, or any doubt; stop if something hurts. Decisions you make remain yours.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable VAT. Digital plans are delivered to your email and account within minutes. When you ask us to deliver a digital product immediately you acknowledge, by a separate tick box at checkout, that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once delivery starts. Our refund policy is on the refunds page.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
